Full Wedding Planning is our most comprehensive service, designed for couples who want expert guidance from the very beginning through to the moment you leave your wedding at the end of the night.

Vision & Direction
We'll start by getting to know you properly, your story, your style, what matters to you and how you want your wedding to feel.
From there, we'll help shape the overall vision and create a clear direction for the day, so every decision feels intentional rather than overwhelming.
Venue Search & Refinement
We'll help you identify venues or that suit your guest numbers, budget, style and priorities, then support you through the process of viewing, comparing and selecting the right one.
If a marquee is something you’re considering, we'll discuss our recommended companies as well as suitable sites and align a marquee build with your vision.
Budget Management
We'll create a realistic wedding budget and keep track of where everything is going.
From initial estimates to supplier payments and unexpected extras, you'll always have a clear picture of your investment.
Our budget tracker will keep all payments clear and in one place.
Supplier Sourcing & Management
We'll recommend trusted suppliers who are right for you and your wedding. We'll handle enquiries, compare proposals and help you make confident decisions without spending your evenings emailing twenty different suppliers.
Once you've chosen your suppliers, we'll keep everything moving.
We'll manage communications, contracts, timings and logistics, making sure everyone understands their role and the bigger picture.
Timelines, Logistics & Guest Experience
We'll create detailed schedules for your wedding day and make sure everyone knows where they need to be, when they need to be there and what needs to happen next. We'll think about how it feels for the people you love from the ceremony and reception flow to transport, accommodation, timings and those thoughtful details that make guests feel genuinely looked after.
We'll think through the logistics before they become problems.
Wedding Day Management
When the big day arrives, we're there.
We'll coordinate suppliers, assist venue coordination, manage the timeline, oversee the setup, handle the unexpected and make sure everything happens as planned.
You won’t need to rely on a family member or friend to keep on top. You all get to be there, fully present and enjoying every moment.
Investment
Our full planning fee is usually based on 10 -12% of your overall budget with a minimum fee of £4500.
Each couple will receive a bespoke quotation and wedding proposal after their initial consultation call.
We were so stressed and overwhelmed with all the choices. We opted to have help during the planning and running the day which meant we were able to just relax and enjoy every second.

How It Works:
Free Consultation
We start with your initial call to discuss your plans, your ideas and your priorities. No hard sell, just a relaxed conversation to ensure we are the right fit.

Onboarding and Vision
Once booked, we will start with the onboarding process where we dive deeper into the wedding design you are looking for. We go into detail about how the planning process will look so that you aren’t worrying about what stages we are at.

The Planning
This is where we get to work.
We'll source and manage suppliers, organise logistics, develop the design, keep track of the budget and guide you through every decision.
You'll always know what's happening and what's coming next.

The Management
On your wedding day itself, you wake up and get married.
We'll take care of everything else.
From setup through to the final supplier leaving, we're there to keep the day moving, solve problems quietly and make sure the plans you've spent months creating come to life.

Of course! We are here to guide you and make the process as easy as possible but it is still up to you to make the final decisions.
